- Structure before shortcutsWork with schemas, graphs and explicit relationships. Treat the meaning of data as part of the engineering.
- Direct ownershipThink across the whole system. A small team means close collaboration and clear responsibility, not layers of handoffs.
- Canadian capabilityBuild toward sovereign hosting and customer control, with the technical trade-offs made visible.
